Service Description
Session time ranges between 60-90 minutes. Holy Fire Reiki is a refined, powerful form of energy healing known for its gentleness and depth. In this in-person session, you'll rest comfortably while I work with the Holy Fire energy to clear what's no longer serving you, restore balance, and invite in guidance and healing meant for you right now. Many people describe Holy Fire as feeling especially soft, safe, and profound — the energy seems to know exactly where to go. Sessions are woven with intuitive and mediumship elements, so what comes forward is always for your highest good in this moment. No experience needed. Just come open.
Cancellation Policy
SACRED JOURNEY — BOOKING POLICY Thank you for booking with Sacred Journey. Please review the following before your session. REQUEST-BASED BOOKING All sessions are by request. When you submit a booking, you are requesting a time — it is not confirmed until Nicole personally confirms it with you by email or message. If your requested time isn't available, we'll find one that works together. CONFIRMATION You'll receive confirmation within 48 hours of your request. In-person session address details are sent once your booking is confirmed. PAYMENT Payment is due at the time of your session unless otherwise arranged. Accepted methods will be confirmed with you directly. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING Life happens, and I ask for the same respect for my time and energy that I hold for yours. • Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments ("no-shows"), may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the session cost. • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings. • To cancel or reschedule, contact Nicole directly as early as you can. LATE ARRIVALS If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the schedule, and the full session fee still applies. DISTANCE SESSIONS For distance Reiki, please be settled in a quiet, comfortable space at your scheduled time. A summary of what came through will be shared with you afterward. ILLNESS If you're feeling unwell, please reach out to reschedule — there is no penalty for cancelling due to illness with as much notice as you can give. RESPECT & SAFETY Sacred Journey is a space of care, consent, and mutual respect. Sessions are held with love and without judgment. Nicole reserves the right to decline or end a session if the space feels unsafe or disrespectful. A NOTE ON HEALING Reiki and intuitive sessions support your wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional care.
