In 2020, I lost my nine-year-old son. What I didn't expect was that our connection wouldn't end, it would change. The signs came almost right away: undeniable, gentle, persistent. Leaning into them brought me a peace and a healing I didn't think was possible so soon, and it set me on a path I've been walking ever since.
That path led me to Reiki, to mediumship, to the plants growing all around me, and to a deep knowing that we're far more connected — to ourselves, to spirit, to the ones we love — than we realize.
Now I get to sit with others in that same opening. Sometimes it's grief. Sometimes it's simply the sense that there's something more. Either way, my work is to help you feel held, see the signs, and find your way back to peace, connection, and joy.

REIKI SESSIONS
What a session actually feels like.
Reiki, energy healing, and intuitive mediumship is hands-off, gentle work. There's nothing you need to believe, prepare, or perform. You simply rest... and let your nervous system remember how to soften.

IN PERSON
$75 - 110 /session
Two locations: Jordan River + Fernie, BC. You select which studio at time of booking and you will receive an email with all of the details, so you can arrive with ease.
Roughly 60–90 minutes in a calm, private space. A comfy table session, fully clothed, deeply unhurried.
DISTANCE
$65 - 90 /session
Wherever you are. Energy isn't bound by distance.
Many people find a remote session just as deep.
We connect by phone before and after.
Some Sessions are request-based — send a note and we'll find a time together.
GROUP + CIRCLE OFFERINGS
Some healing is meant to be held in a circle.
Gathered by fire and ocean on the BC coast — shared fields of energy for those who'd rather not do this alone.
KIDS' SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT
Helping sensitive kids feel safe in their gifts.
I believe the children coming in these days are evolved souls with unique gifts; open, intuitive, and ready to help build a better world. They just need tools, guidance, and confidence: how to understand and protect their energy and magic, and feel powerful while still navigating everyday life.
My full-day camps (10am–4pm) are a fun, supportive space where children connect with nature, explore their intuition, and build confidence through mindfulness, nature exploration, energy awareness, and meaningful discussions. Kids are encouraged to trust themselves, express their unique gifts, and develop kindness, resilience, and a deeper connection to the world around them — seen and unseen.
This is for any child who loves nature and is curious about mindfulness and spirituality, or who simply needs a safe, supportive space to build confidence and connect with themselves and others. Perfect for the empath or the sensitive child. No experience needed — just come with an open heart and a willingness to explore, learn, and have fun.
Open to all children ages 4–13.
